Just half an hour from Heathrow Airport for those who are off to sunnier climes and only a 20 minute drive to Gatwick. Up in to London town within an hour and soon you are in the City, West End and making the most of the best shopping and entertainment in the world.

Bad stuff: The rear car park was full of rubbish including broken glass. Reception was run down. Bar was advertised but not available. Room had a blown light bulb, inside handle of door was broken, batteries for tv remote were wasted, broken bed base, no light switch at the door, toilet did not flush very well and the shower was very difficult to get to a good temperature. When I returned my room door was ajar and the ground floor patios doors where left unlocked. In the evening the night porter was walking around the hotel with a hockey stick because of trouble outside.

Overall: This hotel deserves no stars.
