Good stuff: There are no good points about this hotel.

Bad stuff: The service is appalling (with the exception of a lady by the name of Maddie, who seems to hold the whole hotel together), the first room we were shown was appalling, the second was not much better. The shower didn?t work, the room wasn?t particularly clean, music from a function kept us awake until midnight, after waiting over an hour for food in the restaurant we walked out, the bill was incorrect .......... and I could go on!

Overall: I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I wasn?t expecting great things but this is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in - thankfully, it was only for one night!
