Located near to Russell Square Tube Station and totally geared up for backpackers with all the amenities you will require for a relaxed and easy going stay with us.

You could not get a better location really. Russel Square is 5 minutes walk to the South. King's Cross St. Pancras is 9 minutes walk to the North-East of us. London Euston station and tube is 12 minutes walk to the North-West.

All rooms are offered as private twins, triples, quads or 5 bedded/ All have very clean fresh linen and towels. Also all rooms have a wash basin for you to use. There's a continental breakfast available every morning. Please check when booking to see if its included in the room rate.

There's an internet cafe and a lounge area with games room and pool tables with are open 24 hours a day. The Generator Bar is open every evening from 6pm to 2am and there's a free drink on offer to all new guests over the age of 18. With several events taking place - often a karaoke and a live DJ and free movies - there's plenty of choice in entertainment.

Close to many of the main attractions of London with quick access up to Camden for the market and vibrant, Bohemian culture there. In to the West End for some of the best shopping in the world - you are soon on to Regents Street and treating yourself to the latest fashions and designs.

Theatre evenings and lots of options for sight seeing - all very close by.

Good stuff: Nice entertainment, friendly staff, safety 24h, luggage room to keep bags even on departure day
Bad stuff: no bedlights, no hot drinks in the evening available, showers a bit squashed
Overall: It is a very young hostel for a price that the YHA cannot match. The service is good and one has everything available internet, entertainment, bar, etc. The door code system is very handy and the price includes even a towel and breakfast, which most other hostels won't routinely offer. It is after all a hostel and if one does not mind sharing bathroom and sleeping facilities it is one of the cheapest places to stay in the centre of London

Good stuff: I enjoyed the chance to meet cool people from all over the world. The facilities were 'rough and ready', but the 3am bar and the friendly positive atmosphere made up for this. My stay was a real adventure.
Overall: Great fun. Any other hotel I would have sat on my own feeling miserable, here I was able to meet interesting people and have a very entertaining night. Dont go if you value privacy, waitress service and lacy curtains. Do go if you like meeting cool people and have a sense of adventure!
