Good stuff: Room reasonably clean.
Bad stuff: Very noisy, both outside and inside the hotel, wi-fi did not work, television only worked intermittently.
Overall: It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel because of the amount of noise - it was very noisy outside of the hotel but mostly I was bothered by the noise of the night staff at the hotel.

Good stuff: very convenient for Kings X and Islington area. Quiet location for central London. Staff friendly, but hashed.
Bad stuff: Tiny, tiny room - quite claustrophobic. No 'phone in room so difficult to sort out TV not working, no soap in room. Breakfast in different building to the room I was sleeping in. Staff busy doing breakfast when I turned up to leave my bag at the beginning of my staff - nobody to answer the door and let me in

Good stuff: Staff was friendly and attentive and very responsive, though room attendants spoke little or no English. My guess is that they spoke Portuguese.
Bad stuff: The twin beds were horribly uncomfortable - you can see the springs protruding from under the sheets. My back ached for days thereafter. The room was too hot.

Good stuff: Great location and perfect staging point for getting around.
Bad stuff: Better showers and ventilation in rooms. It can get a bit warm.
Overall: The room had everything we wanted. It's not hard to get to anywhere in the city to do whatever we wanted to do.

Good stuff: The Price and location only!
Bad stuff: The facilities, the quality of the accomodation.
Overall: Although I booked into the Albion hotel (which looks very nice in the photos) I actually stayed across the road in the Melville hotel (which is a dump). The room was at least clean but thats all I can say good about it. There was no wardrobe or drawers but there was a fridge? also there was a kettle but for the first two days no tea or coffee, then they gave me some tea and coffee but no sugar or spoons. Every morning you also have to walk back to the Albion hotel for breakfast, an experience that consists of being told where to sit even when you are the only one there and you only got a choice of rice crispies or cornflakes and the smallest pot of tea or coffee you've ever seen. Just to summarise. Don't stay here!

Good stuff: Breakfast bar and service and cleanliness was very good. Need brown toast however.
Overall: Need more clarity about the directions. Wandered round the whole square and side streets looking for it. Overall very happy/ TV worked. More importantly, the shower worked well and was hot.

Guests Name: Anonymous  Guest was travelling as: Mature couple
Good stuff: New accomodation,modern decor.
Bad stuff: Lack of attention to detail e.g. only one coathanger, hospitality tray but no cups.
Overall: Generally favourable but basement room given would be very hot and claustrophobic in summer. Check-in at neighbouring hotel a minor annoyance but will be overcome when hotel's own reception finished.
