Good stuff: Location, location, location! staff were friendly and accomodation. for example, they were happy to store our luggage without fuss/hectic negotiations beautifully decorated rooms and lobby

Bad stuff: air conditioner thermostat not brilliant

Overall: Thoroughly satisfying hotel with a comfortable bed, clean/functional facilities with pleasant staff

Good stuff: it's location and atmosphere

Bad stuff: consistency of price for people like myself who are becoming frequent visitors. the small reception area is a bit intimidating and not very private.

Good stuff: White linen and towels, position of the room at the back of the hotel,also the little extras,fruit,biscuits, tea coffee

Bad stuff: I cannot think of anything,it was a lovely stay.

Good stuff: Fantastic location in the heart of Theatreland. Easy access to everywhere. Clean, modern, friendly hotel

Bad stuff: Room was very very small.

Overall: Excellent value for money. Hotel easy to find, very clean and modern with staff very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the size of the room (very very small) and the noise level but what can you expect for £99 on Shaftesbury Avenue. Soho was behind us, Leicester Square over the road from us and Covent Garden just a short walk away. Once you've had a few bevvies you don't notice the noise anyway!!!! Highly recommended hotel.

Good stuff: Location excellent, clean and comfortable room, friendly helpful staff

Overall: On balance a well priced and comfortable hotel, with excellent access to theatres (2 minutes from the show we went to see!)and to Chinatown.

Good stuff: Room was very nice and breakfast area was clean and very well presented.

Bad stuff: Lift was broken. Staff not very informative on check in.

Overall: Room was very nice apart from slight lack of attention to detail with regards to the finish in the ensuite bathroom (grout, shelf loose, taps loose) Staff could have been a bit more welcoming, we were not informed where the restaurant was or any of the other facilities. Overall stay was very nice, clean and very well presented hotel, would definitely go again, and book it online to get to get the discount.

Bad stuff: romm a bit on the small side..the lift was a bit slow

Overall: very happy with the room and would not hesitate to stay there again
