Good stuff: It was simple, cheap and clean. My friends and I were backpacking and needed a cheap hotel for us 4. Your place fit us perfectly.
Bad stuff: We didn't really care for the floor bathrooms on the 7th floor. It was a hassle to call down to have a person unlock the showers for us. I think this should be done away with. We had called twice in one night, once for the 2 girls and then once for the 2 guys, and I was a little perturbed that the worker asked us, 'How many more people do you have in your room?' I feel that if I pay for a hotel, I should not be limited upon how many showers I can take. I did not like the fact that the hotel (or at least the worker) kept track of us calling twice. I think you should do away with locking the showers, it is only a hassle for the customer and the hotel.
Overall: Perfect for backpackers or poor college students. Facilities were clean and simple. Overall price for most rooms were reasonable, especially since you are in central London.

Good stuff: Not as bad as people have made out. Very clean friendly. excellent value for money. Excellent location Would deffinatly stay again
Bad stuff: An extra lift would be nice. Because the hotel is that big i could never find the way back to the lift unless i was on the ground floor. Or perhaps just a sign to say where it is

Good stuff: The location of the hotel was excellent, right by Piccadilly underground, which is very central to other underground lines, and easy walk to West End, plus loads of buses.
Bad stuff: Staff were not helpful about using the internet computers located in the lobby, towel service was slow and noisy banging doors.
Overall: The online booking experience was excellent and the hotel received my booking. The price was very good. The hotel itself is huge, easy to find and very well located. The staff leave a lot to be desired. Long queues to check in, they didn't care to help me get the internet working, even when it swallowed my money but still wouldn't work. The woman working at reception was so rude I contemplated moving out immediately and not completing my scheduled stay, however that was more hassle than it was worth so I stayed. I had a room with a shared bathroom and the arrangement for the shower was very strange. I had to ring for a towel and for them to unlock the shower. This was a pain because they were extremely slow to bring the towels, and once they only brought me hand towels, which I didn't discover until I tried to dry myself. The doors have very stong automatic closers on them and so the doors slam all the time, this will annoy some people. Overall it's cheap and central and so you have to expect to make some allowances. If I had had a room with my own bathroom and didn't want to use the internet then I would have had no problems apart from the queues to check in and out.

Good stuff: The location - opposite Picadilly Circus - couldn't have been better
Bad stuff: TV didn't work. Bathroom floor was wet and not very clean
Overall: The hotel was just what we needed. The room was very clean and bright. Excellent value for money and far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book again and have already recommended to several people.

Good stuff: Central location and price. Amazed how quiet it was for location.
Bad stuff: orange walls in the hallways!
Overall: Perfect location for visting the Royal Academy of Art, plenty of restaurants around so no need to travel too far. Only real criticism was the price of a glass of port at the bar which was not a standard measure (not even for a spirit) and the attitude of the bar staff who did not like the complaint.
