We pride ourselves on the friendly nature that all are staff have to welcome you on you stay in London. Good stuff: Staff were friendly and cheerful
Bad stuff: No lift, no aircon, v. limited facilities, loose staircarpet, oight by desk not working, generally not a good room to work in.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I wanted a reasonable working area - desk and light. I prefer to have a safe in the room, large enough for a laptop. I did not think I needed to ask if I would have to carry a heavy case and a briefcase up to the third floor. I would recommend it if people needed to be in that area and had limited luggage and if it were not in the summer and if it were cheaper

Good stuff: Very central, nice staff, good breakfast, clean sheets/bed.
Bad stuff: Bathroom needed some work done to it, room was a bit stuffy and a bit tacky.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Generally, very pleasant place to stay. Could not have been in a better location, staff were very nice and we were able to leave our bags the next day even though we had checked out. Considering the location of the hotel it was very quiet (due to double glazing) and I would recommend to anyone wishing for a short stay in london.
