Just a little further South from Earls Court you will find Kew Gardens and its famous botanical gardens.

Good stuff: I really liked the availability of a safe in the room, and the availability of an electric kettle.

Bad stuff: Lack of free internet.

Overall: Overall I was quite satisfied with the accomodation which was confortable. The staff were always very courteous and helpful. The location close to the London Underground is a definite plus. Good value for money.

Good stuff: It was nice and clean and the atmosphere was friendly.

Bad stuff: The room was rather hot despite the air conditioning (which was a bit loud).

Overall: I enjoyed my stay because I felt that the staff really treated me as an individual, whatever time I came back to my room, my key was waiting with a smile. The room was clean and contained everything I needed; a hairdryer, coffee and tea and plenty of towels. The breakfast was maybe a little uninspired, but there was a relatively good selection and as it was included in the price it's definitely value for money. Generally I found my stay very pleasant and convenient (I was at a conference at Earl's Court) and I would definitely stay here again.

Good stuff: The staff were good.

Bad stuff: Room plan in the second room is not good. If you keep a single samsonite box, you can not move in the room. There should eb facility for ironing in the room. I stayed for four nights. On the last day, I requested for an extension of a few hours. The hotel flatly refused. The Internet charges are very high. I was forced to visit teh cybercafes. The hotel should provide free Internet or provide at a rate similar tom teh cybercafe.

Overall: Free Internet or at Cybercafe rates. Room plans shoudl be better so that the guest has some room to move around.

Good stuff: central location plus friendly staff

Bad stuff: the room was rather small

Overall: the room was small and contained no wardrobe space but the staff were very helpful.the hotel is very close to the tube and there are good restaurants in the area.

Good stuff: Location - close to tube

Bad stuff: Room small and carpet wasn't particulary clean. More choice of things for breakfast e.g. fresh fruit.

Good stuff: Clean, very comfortable bed, everything we needed was avilable, friendly and efficient service. Good value for money

Bad stuff: Room too hot, shower head loose and inefficient, poor quality toilet roll

Overall: Excellent stay - far above our expectation. Dino's Italian Restaurant nearby is good value, good coffee houses nearby - Coffee Republic the best. Tube travel easy and fast and just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Although we chose this hotel for its proximity to Exhibition Centre travel is so easy and convenient any part of London can be reached within 20 minutes.

Good stuff: Clean room. Pleasant staff. Close to tube.

Bad stuff: Small room. This meant you couldn't move about without bumping the wall as the gents in the room next to us did at 7am for half an hour moving out. Would have preferred a later check out on Sunday Morning.

Overall: Pleasant hotel. Very handy for Earls Court tube. Room was a bit small, more like a single room with a double bed squeezed in. Clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was ok, but would have preferred a full english. Overall enjoyed the stay.
