Recently renovated and proudly presenting our clean and comfortable family run establishment in the heart of London. Fabulous for those wishing to do some serious shopping with easy access by foot to Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly and all the main designer streets.

Close by is the largest park in London - Hyde Park - an early morning stroll makes a perfect start to the day - in fact you could easily spend the whole day there - meander around Serpentine Lake, visit the Gallery and then have lunch in the Italian Restaurant. At the far end you will find Kensington Gardens and if you pop out on the south side you come to the Royal Albert Hall where you can do a daytime tour and then visit the Science Museum and Natural History Museum. A little further along and you find Knightsbridge - home of the famous Harrods store and Harvey Nichols. Head down to Sloan Square for more shops and the coffee shop society people - sip a latte and watch the world go by.

Theatre goers have plenty to choose from the in West End and Covent Garden is a favoured spot for all who enjoy street entertainment, opera singers, violinists and leisurely lunches.

Art galleries, museums and a myriad of artisan shops are strewn all over Central London - would take a lifetime to see it all!

Good stuff: location
Bad stuff: towels although apparently clean, had blood and dirt stains, walls needed cleaning as smelt, bed covers needed replacing with food stuck to them, the carpet was worn
Overall: towels although apparently clean, had blood and dirt stains, towel left on the floor for me to use, walls needed cleaning as smelt, bed covers needed replacing with food stuck to them, the carpet was worn, receptionist did not advise when or where breakfast was, water cooler was empty of drinking water, booked an ensuite and had a bathroom in another room over the corridor, hotel on one way system and traffic noises all night due to the window being open because the room smelt.
