We are proud to present our newly refurbished establishment giving you a warm welcome and ensuring your needs are met. All our rooms are ensuite and fully equipped with all your daily needs.

Step out of the door and step in to Hyde Park where you can stroll around Serpentine Lake, view the Gallery and sip a coffee in the restaurant. Further down is the grand Kensington Palace and gardens and to the south side you will find Royal Albert Hall where you can enjoy a daytime tour and some lunch. Behind are three of the best museums - Science, Natural History and the Victoria and Albert. A little further up and your are in Knightsbridge - home of the famous Harrods store - spend a day in there and still not see everything!

Close to the West End and theatre land you are ideally placed to truly enjoy all that London has to offer.

Good stuff: Just its central location to the shops & sightseeing.

Bad stuff: Cleanliness: The shower mouthpiece seemed not to have been cleaned for ages. More space in the bathroom: The toilet, wash basin & shower were squeezed into a very little space.

Overall: You'd think you'd get normal service! We had to catch a very early flight so we asked if we could have breakfast early. We were told thrice - no problems. Otherwise, we said we'd fix the coffee ourselves but if they could just prepare some bread, butter & jam - that would do. 7am & nothing was prepared; so we checked out & had breakfast at the airport. Needless to say - breakfast was included in the price for the hotel room!

Good stuff: the accomodation was clean and good.... though i it dosent have a lift. i seriously suggest that you have a lift in the premises. the staff was very friendly and cooperative
