Good stuff: Close to Paddington Tube Station and Hyde Park.

Bad stuff: Continental breakfast was toast or cornflakes or muesli. I had expected hard boiled eggs, croisants, as you would get in a european continental breakfast. Was just a bit disappointed.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Room was small and clean but adequate. Staff were helpful. Pillows were very small but we asked for extra and they were provided immediately. Close to tube and hyde park.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I do not feel the hotel offered value for money since there was no hot water, the bathroom was also lacking in basic things such as toilet roll. we were given a room with 3 single beds when we booked for a double. The hotel was in general need of renovation. The continental breakfast was also rather limited. I would not book this hotel again, i wish i would have known this prior to booking!!!

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: luckily i didnt really pay attention to other peoples reviews coz i found the hotel to be everything i want from a hotel, it was 3 min walk to 2 tube stations, clean, friendly & best of all brilliantly priced. when your staying in london with so much to be doing you dont spend that much time in the room at all so all i want is clean, everything in working order & staff to be helpfull & you'll get all this here. the only downside was that a couple of friends came with us & their room hadn't been renovated yet so wasnt as good as ours, but even that didnt bother them to much. watch this space i reckon things will only get better at the prince william when they finish. renovating. lads on the front desk are brilliant they are so helpfull so dont be afraid to ask, whatever your looking for they point you in the right direction.
