Good stuff: Good location, friendly check-in staff

Overall: Generally my stay was very good but I do have one complaint/comment. My room was situated in the basement and was obviously beside the storage room for cleaning supplies etc. This would have been fine except for the fact that the cleaning staff tended to congregate directly outside my door and chat. This woke me much earlier than I had planned. There are only 2 rooms in that area and staff should be made aware when those rooms are booked not to make too much noise in that area. I should point out that I was too tired to actually get up and go and ask them to be quiet - if I had that would probably have solved the problem as the staff were generally very good.
