Good stuff: Spacious, comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bad stuff: Couldn't get the shower to run hot.

Overall: The hotel is good value for money and compares favourably with most other central London hotels in this price range. The room was relatively spacious and very comfortable. Best of all, the staff were excellent, particularly at reception but also the head waiter - friendly and very helpful. I've booked again for next week.
