Good stuff: The location was good as Blackheath Village is lovely with a good selection of shops and restaurants
Bad stuff: The rooms were dated and the bathroom was very small The staff were NOT customer orientated and one member of the restaurant staff in particular was very rude and we complained to the hotel about him directly
