Good stuff: the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely

Bad stuff: the bed was uncomfortable

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Enjoying staying there but only one promblem is as your tv do not have subtille for people like me or other who is partcally deaf would be greatful that you have it done (ceefax on tv)

Good stuff: Relaxing atmosphere, close to London and trains, comfy bed

Bad stuff: Walls were thin and people talking in the corridor did disturb me and my boyfriend.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Overall my stay was lovely but i would like to comment that i did in fact put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door and the cleaners still came in also they cleaned the bathroom and didn't replace the toilet rolls so this ment that i had to go out and purchase my own.

Good stuff: Very clean. Comfortable bed. Liked tea & coffee areas.

Bad stuff: Noisy room - noise from local road. Needed secondary double glazing. Central heating a little noisy.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: For a modern hotel very good price and in good location. Would stay there again and would like to take advantage next time of the special dinner offer if it was still available. Cheerful staff serving breakfast. Another nice lady serving in the bar, which was very relaxing. Good security. Good parking. I'm talking myself into coming again! Perhaps the decoration a little ordinary and bland but can't have everything!! Would recommend to friends and colleagues even though I was overcharged on my bill - but this error was rectified quickly and easily.
