Good stuff: I mostly like the location and the size of the hotel.

Bad stuff: The receptionists are unexperienced and the manager ,more specifically a young lady named Andrea lacks proper manners. I have to refer to a rather unpleasant incident, the day of my checking out they double charged me ( I have the invoice as legal evidence) and they were rather unpolite when I complained. At the end they accepted their fault but the apologies were unadequate. Proper training of receptionists and managers could certainly improve the image of the hotel. I suggest that they inform guests abour room size so they would know what to expect.

Overall: The single rooms and the twin ones are very small sized, a guest can hardly enter and move. I would recommend the hotel for the location and the fact that is not a very touristic one but I would certainly alert potential guests on the reception staff and managers and I would stress that they have to check carefully the bill. However room service and breakfast staff was polite and properly trained.
