Good stuff: This is a lovely hotel, very convenient for getting around London. The room was very comfortable, nice bed and good layout for a single person. The bath and shower were OK, comfortable as well

Bad stuff: Booking was a nightmare. I had booked the night before with an Internet service _ICmyhotel, and when I arrived, the young lady had the desk had no reservation, and was totally at a loss. Somewhere the system did not work. The only reason I would not stay there again is a repeat of that experience. You need to get the reservations straight and give the reception person better instructions as to how manage such a problem. Quite honestly, I was ready to walk out and fina another hotel in the area, but somebody guided the young person as to how to manage the reservation. Get it fixed.

Overall: Good hotel, bad experience checking in, too much bother.
