Good stuff: Overall good friendly hotel.Staff were very pleasant and helpful on reception and in the dining room. The Hotel is overall welcoming and homely.

Bad stuff: The beds need updating as they are hard and not too comfortable.

Overall: Good stay and value. Food was tasty and adequate. Please improve the beds!

Good stuff: Large spacious room with plenty of storage space and accessories.

Bad stuff: The bathroom was clean, but a little run down. The blanket on the bed was a little shady and we didn't use it.

Overall: Breakfast was ok, but warm yogurts and milk. It coming out of South Kensington station, you can see the hotel which made it very convenient.
