Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Quick, very polite, efficient staff. Clean room, clean towels.

Bad stuff: Very small rooms. Cleaners wanting to know when customers are checking out!

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The hotel is a clean, well presented hotel. Not too difficult to find. The staff were polite, efficient and spoke very good English. My room was clean, tidy if a little on the small side. There was no iron facility in the rooms, but there was an iron available if asked at reception. There are leisure facilities down stairs which looked great, but unfortunately, there was no staff around downstairs to indicate when it was open and when it closed. I did enjoy my stay at Holiday Villa Hotel and would use the Hotel again
