Many attractions are nearby. Kensington Palace is easy to walk to as it is only 0.6 miles South of us. So thats 13 minutes walk through the Kensington Gardens. The Royal Albert Hall is just over 1 mile South of us and it will take you about 25 minutes to walk. But as you do so you will pass by the stunning Albert Memorial on the way.

Also within easy reach are Natural History Museum and the Science Museum, Royal Opera House in Convent Garden, Tate Modern Gallery with its fabulous collection of art, and National Theatre with its ground breaking productions are within a short journey from us.The nearest underground station is Bayswater (0.2miles/ 0.4km) and Paddington (0.3miles/ 0.5km).

Good stuff: Quick, very polite, efficient staff. Clean room, clean towels.

Bad stuff: Very small rooms. Cleaners wanting to know when customers are checking out!

Overall: The hotel is a clean, well presented hotel. Not too difficult to find. The staff were polite, efficient and spoke very good English. My room was clean, tidy if a little on the small side. There was no iron facility in the rooms, but there was an iron available if asked at reception. There are leisure facilities down stairs which looked great, but unfortunately, there was no staff around downstairs to indicate when it was open and when it closed. I did enjoy my stay at Holiday Villa Hotel and would use the Hotel again
