Good stuff: Staff was very good. Location is good.
Bad stuff: Change the sheets more often. Don't charge so much to use the computor in the lobby. Put another table or two outside, it's always occupied.
Overall: We stayed for 10 nights in July. Staff was very friendly. Twin room and bathroom were small but clean. Need more closet space in the rooms. Phone bill was thru the roof even though I used a calling card. Be careful. Free breakfast was cereal, toast, coffee, juice. Just enough to get you going in the morning. Staff was very good in kitchen. Location is good. Short walk from the subway and Paddington Station. Rooms for singles are very small with no bathroom. Only for those on a very low budget. Nice place to sit outside near the street at night with a glass of wine, but needs more tables. Better for short stays than for long. Good value and pleasant stay overall.

Good stuff: I stayed at a single basic room with outside bathroom and toilet. The room was quite small but had everything one could wish for. The only niusance was that there were no shower room (only a toilet) on my floor. The staff was really nice. All in all it was better than I expected on the basis of online reviews
Bad stuff: Well, the cover blanket was a bit worn and a bit dirty. Even buying a new one would not be a big expenditure. Breakfast was OK, but I wonder if somebody stays for two weeks would not find it a bit boring. Maybe you could introduce some salami to the menu?

Good stuff: Location. Ensuite bathroom
Bad stuff: Cleanliness.
Overall: The hotel needs a major upgrade. Our room was filthy and had a bad odour. The carpets are dirty and need to be replaced. The breakfast area was too small and the time period that breakfast was provided was too short.

Guests Name: Simon  Guest was travelling as: Family with young children
Good stuff: Hotel has a good location only a short walk from the tube station and good access to local shops and restaurants
Bad stuff: Despite saying it had recently been refurbished the decor was poor. The lift is no good for anyone suffering claustrophobia. The breakfast included was very poor with the only choice being Cornflakes, Muesli or toast with tea, coffee or orange juice. The bed sheets had stains on them.
Overall: For the price you pay for this hotel I suppose you should not expect to stay in the Ritz, however, the rooms were very small contining four single beds pushed together to make two doubles. The singles though were not even the same height. We had two rooms with an adult and a child in each which turned out to be a blessing as if this was intended for 4 people we would not have been able to move. The breakfast was a waste of time.

Good stuff: Great Location, some great places to eat out on doorstep.
Overall: If you are budget conscious, then you wont do better than this. Friendly staff, efficient service, superb location, family orientated at a rock bottom price. Difficult to find a negative, except maybe ensuite is a tight fit if you are on the large side like myself.Would definately use again.

Good stuff: Location, clean ensuite facilities, breakfast
Bad stuff: Room had windows in the ceiling, but no curtains, so we were awake at 5 am. Central heating wasn't working, but they gave us a heater
Overall: We had a nice stay at the Leisure Inn! The location is excellent - five minutes from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, 10 minutes from the tube station, in a quiet street, but near restaurants, shops etc. The room was spacious, clean. The bathroom was also clean and with an excellent shower/bath. Breakfast room is cosy, but clean and breakfast is nice.

Good stuff: The price: 29 pounds. The room: it was a double room. Breakfast: great.
Bad stuff: Nothing special
Overall: It is very difficult to find a cheap hotel in London, but the Leisure Inn offers affordable accomodation at 29 pounds a night. The personnel is serious and enthusiastic, the experience is very pleasant.

Guests Name: Rob  Guest was travelling as: Group of work colleagues
Good stuff: My room (405) was like a submarine. But, my colleagues' (307) was better.
Overall: The hotel was good value. We especially like its location. And, we were treated very well by the staff - especially the front desk clerk, Dennis - who went out of his way to help us. He even suggested a Greek restaurant down the street that was excellent.

Good stuff: The hotel supported its general purpose, as it was spotless and easy accessed.
Bad stuff: The room was right next the dining room, therefore noisy early morning wake up were apparent.
Overall: The hotel was fine, whilst the room was placed in a very strange location. It was a little bit of a surprise waking up to masses of people outside our room. But generally the hotel did fill our meet our standards, I feel if we had been in another room we wouldnt of had complaints.

Bad stuff: Overcrowded breakfast room...
Overall: You pay for what you get. It's cheap and central. I will most certainly stay there again.

Overall: Felt staff was uniformed of local activities and had poor knowledge of local area, told us to go a long distance to cinema when there was one 2 blocks away, for breakfast were served spoiled milk with our cereal, and on checkout our 2:30 am wake up call was missed, with little in way of apology, fortunately they were the backup to our alarm clock, would not stay here again
