Good stuff: The location of the hotel was very convenient. The cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff made our days pass smoothly.
Bad stuff: The temperature in the rooms was higher than it should be.
Overall: Booking online helped us save both money and time. The friendliness and eagerness of the staff made the hotel environment very homely. In addition the tidiness and cleanliness of the place contributed to a pleasant stay.

Good stuff: The hotel is in a good area near Hyde Park. The size from our room was ok and the staff normal friendly.
Bad stuff: The room was very warm and situated in the GrandFloor. And so, it was not possible to sleep with opened window.
Overall: The breakfast was unfortunatelly not included and very expensive. The price was fair but I have the feeling that I had a low price for a sleazy room. I am sure, that the hotel has more better rooms.
