Good stuff: This one was clean, modern, and with internet
Bad stuff: High cost, tiny room, no continental breakfast.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I would go back to this hotel if I had to stay in London because it was clean, modern, and had free internet. Tiny rooms, and if you have implants, you will not fit through the shower door. Typical of London, overpriced for what you get.

Good stuff: room was quite spacious,staff quite attentive, good location
Bad stuff: no air con but they did put in fans and apologized for inconvenience

Good stuff: Breakfast was very good.
Bad stuff: We had a constant problem with the hot water that would take 5 minutes of running the tap before it would work.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The stay was as we expected in terms of what we paid for it. There was no record of our booking when we first arrived and they eventually went wtih hte documentation that we had provided (lucky for me that i brought it along).
Breakfast was good and the people were very friendly. The tempremental hot water was a problem.
