Good stuff: It was quiet - even though the middle of London - and convenient for all the sights with a tube station on the doorstep and a taxi always at the ready

Bad stuff: The Club Level with access to the clubroom made our stay over a busy Bank Holiday weekend even more relaxing. The staff were very attentive

Overall: A good, clean, well staffed and well managed central London hotel with rooms pleasantly large for a city hotel. Air conditioning is a real benefit and having a car park directly under the hotel is perfect for business trips. Harrods is virtually on the doorstep as is the V&A and the Natural Histroy mueum and with the underground just over the road the whole of London is only a Zone 1 trip away.
