Good stuff: The room was adequate for the price and the continental breakfast was more than adequate with lots on offer

Bad stuff: The size of the room. I had a bad experience on the second night of my 2 night stay. I was woken up in the early hours by the people in the next room who were extremely noisy and stopped me sleeping. I complained to the hotel staff and was told that the people had checked in very late and had probably been out clubbing. The hotel person i spoke to said he would have a word with them

Overall: I was happy with the hotel on my first night but the second night was a disaster because of the noise prolem I mentioned and it ruined my course as the nearby Regent's University the next day. To my mind, there should be a notice visoble to everyone checking in to be quiet after say 11 p.m. otherwise they will be turfed out. The notice should be clearly visile at reception. And if someone checks in late, I think that the receptionist should reinforce this verbally.
