Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Nice room, view and cleaning were good. Centrally located

Bad stuff: The hotel lacks a friendly atmosphere. It is a bit cold.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: First of all we were told the wrong times for breakfast by reception. Upon booking out we found that breakfast was not part of the deal, at no time were we told that breakfast was extra. The attitude of the staff I found very poor.

Good stuff: Small hotel with rooms on the top floors of a tall building. Has large picture windows giving great views.

Bad stuff: The rooms have been refurbished but some of the fittings are in the wrong place and the mirrors are too small.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Good hotel in a fine location. The heights restaurant is not nearly as good as it once was and this is a great pity as it's location is one of the best in London
