Bad stuff: the hotel could do to improve on thier car parking facilities as my allocation was allocated to another person leaving me to no parking after I had paid then to be messed about askink me to park elsewhere

Overall: My wife and I were delighted with our stay the only minor point being that the room was a little on the small side. Facilities were excellent, staff excellent also.

Bad stuff: Room very small, only 1 chair in room
Overall: My parents in law stayed over. I was their 3rd party to pay for the charges. My credit card was swiped, but no details or signature were taken. If my parents walked out, I could have disputed all charges.
My parents were satisfied with cleanliness and facilities in the hotel. However, the room was very small and there was only one chair, so no possiblity to sit down in the room.
Breakfast was ok, although my parents mentioned there wasn't a wide range to choose from.

Bad stuff: we had no hot water in morning at all,couldnt have a wash or shower
Overall: i like this hotel as its a good price in cental location.i work in a travel agents and always recommend this hotel,however was very disapointed with no hot water on morning of departure.
