Good stuff: Good shower & tea making facilities in room, good breakfast (english)
Bad stuff: TV had poor reception (invest in an ariel) window in the room didn't close fully. fire alarm went off at 01.45am. No plug on sink
Overall: Reasonable value for money - a better ariel and a window that closes - oh and a plug for the sink, it's hard to shave in running water

Good stuff: it was near the station and near other means of travel and quite central
Overall: less than 5 minute alk from kings cross station. Around 5 minute walk to euston station.

Good stuff: Excellent breakfast with friendly staff, manager very helpful when my bags were lost by the airline
Bad stuff: steep steps up to the rooms would request a lower level room next time.
Overall: Clean comfortable stay in a pleasant area, would stay again. One must remember it is a budget hotel and is priced accordingly.

Good stuff: It was very clean and well looked after.
Bad stuff: The public areas need re-decorating and new carpets. Cigarette smoke smell entering room sometimes.
Overall: The general state of the public areas concerned me on entry to the hotel but this concern was set to rest on entry to my room as it, though small, was very clean and tidy. The breakfast room was also clean and the breakfast itself was good for the money. The cigarette smell was annoying though. Nonetheless, I would go back.

Good stuff: kindly staff, room was clean, bathroom was clean, quiet but still just a few minutes away from Kings Cross,
Bad stuff: room was used by smokers before, window was broken, ensuite bathroom was good but the other one not
Overall: it's cheap and has a very central location, still being in a quiet area.If you do not have very high expectations it is a very good place to stay

Overall: Good location and excellent price for a london hotel. Room was pleasant and the breakfast was nice. There was no lock on the window but it was a minor problem to our stay.

Good stuff: very neat and clean. staff were very friendly
Bad stuff: the shared showers were in a very poor condition. No remote for the tv.
Overall: Great value for money in london, but I believe the communal showers need improving. It would have been good to have more pictures of the facilities. Great location.

Good stuff: Near tube and busstation
Bad stuff: No parking and it is in the congestion zone
Overall: If you trsvel by bus or train it is easy to get to, by car it is a problem with no parking and having to pay congestion charges. Breakfast is not as good as what B&B's would offer and no healthy option is available. Tke hotel is clean and the staff is nice.
