Good stuff: We chose to upgrade to a deluxe room which overlooked the Square and this room was very spacious and newly refurbished.
Bad stuff: I found it strange that the wine and champagne were listed on the minibar menu but had to be ordered via room service and you were then charged extra for the pleasure.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: There is no on site parking and the local area is resident permits only. The room service can be expensive even for minibar items. Breakfast wasn't included. No hairdryer in the room but housekeeping brought one up. Otherwise, an impressive venue with relaxing piano bar and good eating facilities. The staff were helpful and we would definitely stay there again.

Good stuff: Room well appointed, clean and lovely bathroom.
Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I have stayed in the millenium before and as usual was very happy with it. Staff very pleasant, room lovely. The only slight problem is the price that is charged for breakfast if you choose to have it and also the price of drinks in the bar. But these are things you either choose to have or not and do not affect my overall regard for the hotel.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: A nice hotel that offers a wide range of facilities. Good location, very close to Londons west end. Room was very well taken care of. Cleaned every day. Found the breakfast's a bit expensive. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to be close to the action.
