Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Nice and clean. Good location. Helpful staff exept for breakfast. I can recommend it if you do something aout the breakfast

Bad stuff: Breakfast was a disappointment, not the food, but the staff, lasy and not so helpful. You have to do something about the service breafasttime. The shower was a bit a hard to understand. No minibar.

Good stuff: Central location.

Bad stuff: Boring view towards the back of the house. The bed clothes arrangement not satisfactory(it was difficult to draw the cover up long enough).

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Good enough for a short stay. Could have been a little better for the price. Good breakfast(except there were no eggs). Noisy guests in the breakfst room, and TV was on each morning.

Good stuff: Room was clean and fair size. Linen of high quality. Efficient shower

Bad stuff: Breakfast. Sausages looked nice but tasted of lard and toast was kept beside the steam from the hot food not a good plan. 9croisants were lovely though]

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: A good value for money hotel. Clean and centrally situated. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I needed an iron and board and one was sent up within 5 mins. Bed linen of high quality which I always find reassuring for some reason. Room overlooked busy street but double glazing adequate to ensure good nights sleep. Have stayed in several hotels in this area and of this category but this was the best.

Good stuff: Good room, good breakfast, excellent location.

Bad stuff: Rooms need redecorating, but was comfortable. Bathroom could do with a revamp.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: For £89 for a twin room this was quite good value by London - this included tax and breakfast, which many hotels add on as a stealth tax. Breakfast was OK, and the staff were very helpful in looking after our case.

Good stuff: nice reception area and breakfast area, both modern, but rooms were dated.

Bad stuff: room was dated and a bit tatty.

Good stuff: Comfortable and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfasts were outstanding, best ive had!

Bad stuff: More of a contemporary feel to the rooms would have been nice.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: This hotel cannot be beaten on location and value for money. Only 10 mins walk from Leicester Square. The rooms were fine if a little dated with the decor. The bar area was very nice. The outstanding part of the visit was the buffet breakfast. Lovely, quality food and service with a smile. Will book again in future.

Good stuff: When I complained that the bathroom window did not close properly somebody arrived immediately to try and remedy the situation. When that was not possible I was promptly moved to another room.

Bad stuff: Many of the bathroom facilities are very old and although not dirty are badly in need of regrouting and updating.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The hotel is very central for my purposes and also with good access from Heathrow on the Picadilly Line.For the money I paid ( 79 pounds for a twin room ) I was very pleased. The hotel was as I expected it to be.

Good stuff: Nice room.

Bad stuff: Restaurant was not open alternative eating facilities appeared poor.

Good stuff: Location and provision of an English Breakfast.

Bad stuff: I requested a smoking room which was not allocated to me. Hotel did let me smoke in room provided.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Satisfactory overall. Hotel directions should be a little clearer and include such from Holborn Tube Station also.

Good stuff: centrally located; good appearance of hotel

Good stuff: We enjoyed 2 very good breakfasts, we also had 2 evening meals in The Brasserie which were very enjoyable and excellent value for money.

Bad stuff: We didn't find any bad points in our 2 day stay.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: We were very impressed with the hotel in general, firstly the location is very good for Euston station, also easy to walk in to city for entertainment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful at all times. The menu is very varied and all the meals that we had were well cooked the way we had requested. Food and drinks were not over priced, which meant that we did not need to go elsewhere looking for better value for money. we were very impressed. Thank you all for a lovely week-end...
