Good stuff: Customer service, location, and breakfast

Bad stuff: Shoebox single room at top of eight flights with a heavy bag; noisy when neighboring guests are awake

Overall: It's great for the price and location. The front desk staff are helpful with information. If you can't handle many stairs or have a lot of luggage, ensure you have a room on the lower floors. The stairs get pretty narrow and high at the top.

Good stuff: The actual room was fine, the breakfast more than adequate, very good service.

Bad stuff: The four steep flights of stairs to the room and the extra flight down to the basement for breakfast.
