Pastel shades and a clean, cosy, caring atmosphere. We welcome you with a smile and concern for your comfort. All our en-suite rooms are cosy and air conditioned, they include satellite TV, hairdryer, tea and coffee maker and phone with answering service. Continental breakfast is included and is served in our light and airy bar breakfast room.

With easy access to all of London's attractions by tube you have the perfect place to stay and enjoy each day. Close by is Hyde Park which is a wonderful way to start the day with a walk, there's the super Serpentine Lake and Gallery and Kensington Palace. If you are heading off shopping then its an easy route from Bond Street to Oxford Street across to Regent Street and then on to Piccadilly - can't be done all in one day but you can try......nice places to stop for lunch with plenty of variety. Knightsbridge with Harrods and Harvey Nicks can easily take up a full day.

If you are looking for culture then why not venture across to Covent Garden where you will find the Opera House, numerous theatres close by and the highly entertaining street talent who will perform for a nominal fee - optional but definitely deserved.

A wealth of art galleries and exhibitions and museums all available throughout the year.

At the end of a fun packed day return to a delightful place to stay.

Good stuff: Very close to Paddington Station and convinient for my meetings.
Bad stuff: The double room was way too small as was the en-suite.
Overall: I think it would have been beneficial to know the hotel is being rennovated at the time of my visit. The rooms are tiny and the wash room was smaller then my wardrobe. My window opened out to face a what seemed like a fenced up alleyway. The complimentry continental breakfast was served at a cafe two blocks away from the actual hotel which was an inconvinience. I'm not much of a breakfast person but the hotel didn't even have any fresh coffee or even bottled water on site. Another worthwhile mention is the location - this hotel is nextdoor to an Adult DVD/Video shop!!!

Good stuff: Cheap and close to Paddington Station. Clean. Good availablity.
Bad stuff: Better tea/coffee facilities. There is always only 1 very small cup, even in double rooms. No milk.
Overall: Accomodation is clean. Rooms are VERY small but OK if you are only looking for somewhere to sleep for 1 or 2 nights. On that basis it is excellent value and I will continue to use it.
