Good stuff: You know I have to say that as a couple traveling they were able to make the changes needed to the room upon request.
Bad stuff: The elevators didn't work. They tried to put us in a room that was with two twin beds when we had asked for a double bed. They tried to charge me again for the room. They had a use the service elevators which clearly had upset the work staff there and they didn't mind showing us just how much so. They did not explain any of the facilities and where we needed to go to get to the pool etc. The room was a standard room and I had paid for an executive, the bathroom was not up to standard with cleanliness and they toilet was difficult to flush.
Overall: We were there for an evening so I made the best of it and left well before check out... I travel a lot to the manchester area and I had previously been staying in the Britannia hotel chains but I have given up as has my husband we will be looking for different accomidations for our visits.

Guests Name: Anonymous  Guest was travelling as: Young couple
Good stuff: centrally located, fairly well laid out
Bad stuff: Rooms a little tired and grubby
Overall: A good baase for central manchester, although driving to the hotel and finding the car park the hotel advised was very difficult. Hotel set out, I presume intentionally, to look like a badly designed Curry restaurant. Can't comment on the food as we didn't eat at the hotel Rate was very good. Beds a little uncomfortable.
