Good stuff: having a bath tub. plenty of hot water.quickest i had ever filled a bath. spacious.bright and airy.teletext tv.

Bad stuff: more storage space.quieter rooms. having anti slamming doors.Including breakfast in the price as you pay extra for parking.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: In the initial room we were given:the toilet did not flush and the tv did not work. Our replacement room was good but bedspread had been taken away for dry cleaning.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Reception staff need to speak clearly and be aware of regional accents, Would have been helpful to have hotel information in a folder as well as on tv screen. Text on TV screen was difficult to read, also needing to wait for appropreiate page
