Good stuff: very conveinantly layed out

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: I really enjoyed my stay. I know the hotel is going thru some renovation atm. The only complaint i could possibly lodge is the doormen would repeatedly ask for my room key everytime i came back from the surrounding area. I recognized some of them and stayed there for 2 nights you would think they would have some sort of recognition of the common guest. I don't know i guess i thought i saw them too much for them not to recognize me. I surely recognized them.

Good stuff: reasonable price and neat bathroom

Bad stuff: appearance

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: internet connection should be provided with resonable price.

Good stuff: fairly good value for money. good sized room

Bad stuff: had no water on morning of departure and unable to shower or use bathroom facilities and were told would need to shower in leisure centre which was 14 floors down

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: overall enjoyable stay apart from the water problem. room was good and facilites available were good.

Good stuff: Did not reach 70-pound standard. Bed seen better days.

Bad stuff: Run-down appearance in corridors and rooms.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Dinner - Disappointing main course. Breakfast - though good, was not as impressive as in previous stay a few years ago. Lifts - always very slow, or not working.
