Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: It was near to Earls court, literally a few 100 yards away. It is even less distance to the underground which is link the main lines. The accomodation was great showers were excellent. You can let yourself in after 10PM so no last entrance time like some hotels. Wonderful ******

Bad stuff: Bathroom although shower was good was rather small.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Breakfast was big enough, the breakfast staff were very helpful as were all staff. You can come and go as you please. The rooms were well set out, with a nice sized wardrobe. There were a couple of sideboard/dresser areas with large mirrors which is a + in my opinion. Very well located. The rooms were neither cold/too warm so just right. I would book to stay again. Booking online is very easy. The towels supplied and of a good size. The room and hotel was a good clean condition.

Good stuff: Close proximity to tube station

Bad stuff: Cornflakes OR white toast - that was breakfast!!

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: We chose this hotel because the information given on the website stated that it had been recently refurbished but it was tired and dated so this was untrue.

Good stuff: It was close to the center of earls court and close to the metro station

Bad stuff: A little too much noise from the warwick road

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: The price was fair comparing the other hotel I had last year. That was 21 pound more expensive and it was less. But I was amazed when I saw the good room of this hotel.

Good stuff: the friendly breakfast lady and check out guy.the location.

Bad stuff: no coffee making facilities in room. drab decor. tv didn't work properly.not en-suite.
