Cancellation Policy

Good stuff: Very friendly and helpful staff - cannot speak highly enough of them - they were brilliant

Bad stuff: Being consistent with information given out - prices and checking in times given on website and given by staff were different. Admin procedures appear to lack flexibilty and frustrative both staff and visitors

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Staff are brilliant, cannot do enough to help. Hotel facilities are very good . Administrative system appears to lack flexibilty - probably need to be patient with the computer system which staff found limited (lacking flexibility)frustrating - but dont let it put you off staying there.
