Good stuff: The hotel has an excellent location just a block from Paddington Station and so it is, very easy to access from Heathrow Airport and gives great connections to inner-city Londong. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night.
Bad stuff: The only bad point was limited facilities - no refrigerator in the room. But the price and location made up for that.

Good stuff: Very clean
Bad stuff: Hot water faucet had to be turned very tightly to shut off. Not really a problem at all!!!
Overall: I would definitely stay here again.

Good stuff: The hotel is nice and clean and excellently located for dailiy business and private evening activities as well.
Bad stuff: Dear all, The length of your beds is just 185 cm - that is far too short for a ordinary German male of size 180 cm (and beyond) to sleep comfortably. And the rooms are a little bit tiny for tall people as well - this creates a slight uncomfortable feeling, sorry. As long as you donīt provide rooms with longer beds in a comfortable length for taller people, Iīm afraid we canīt take a stay in your house again into serious consideration, as many of my male colleagues are between 180-190 cm - they wouldnīt fit in the beds... Yours sincerely, Ingrid Schwamm (PA)
Overall: All in all a nice recommendable hotel. The only minus is the mini-beds (only for short people) and the small room-size. So some extra large rooms/beds, that you can view and choose online, would be a plus for your hotel. Yours sincerely, I.Schwamm (PA)

Good stuff: I enjoyed the friendliness of your staff
Bad stuff: I am not used to no air conditioning and would have at the very least liked a portable fan. We stayed during the hottest days of your year and found the weather to be quite miserable.

Good stuff: Clean & the lobby is very nicely decorated. Staff was nice.
Bad stuff: No air conditioning in room. Shower very small.
Overall: Staff called for Taxi but the driver arrived & waited, as did we, for 30 mintues a few feet from each other in the lobby until the driver approached the staff & found that we were the party that needed picked up. Was not aware that a phone card was needed in order to make calls.
