Good stuff: Great location, pub across street was great.

Bad stuff: Mattress in the bed was lumpy and barely sleepable. The staff was not very knowledgeable when I checked in.

Overall: I was dissappointed with the bed. I could hardly sleep in it. The room itself was fine. Breakfast was brought to your room when you ordered it. The location was great, very easy access to the subway, Oxford Street, buses etc.
