The perfect place in the perfect location for you to stay when you wish to potter around London. With just 11 en-suite rooms providing phone, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer and breakfast to set you up for the day, you are well placed to enjoy the delights of the West End of London.

Just moment away from Marble Arch tube station. This also means you are close to Oxford Street as its West end starts at that tube station. There is a wealth of choice for shopping close by with Oxford Street and Bond Street offering some of the very best retail outlets in the world. Hyde Park is just 5 minutes walk from us as well. So a walk in the park and a visit to speakers corner is a must when you stay. Regents Park is about a mile North of us (20 minutes walk), This gives you a lovely choice of green spaces to wander around and relax in.

Not too far away you will find Madame Tussuad's. This world renown attractions is under a mile away (18 minutes walk) to the Northwest of us. 2 miles away to the West you will find Covent Garden with its amazing street life and multi-cultural stalls. A choice of tea rooms and coffee shops await whilst you sit and watch the world go by. All of the above is very easy to get to on the underground.

To be honest the location here is superb for anyone wishing to visit Theatreland as well.. Strait up the central tube you have some of the finest shows with the best actors and entertainers in the world.

Very well placed to enjoy London's treasures.

Good stuff: The location. Quiet neighborhood. Fairly close to restaurants. Room rates. Breakfast in rooms. Good beds (my 12 year daughters favorite subject)

Bad stuff: Awful smell of cigarette smoke in rooms. Noticed receptionist had a cigarette burning in ashtray under counter while working! Should be a non smoking hotel.

Overall: Apart from the cigarette smoking issue one of the more pleasant hotel experiences in my life. (Have spent years in hotels all over the world)

Good stuff: Good location, in a quiet area, with a pleasant receptionist.

Bad stuff: Net curtains were very stained as was the throw on the bed. The bathroom was looking very tired also.

Overall: The location of this hotel I believe is its main selling point, close to tube within walking distance of many attractions, with a very handy 24 hour shop near by. Whilst the room we stayed in was well equipped it could have been cleaner. i.e net curtains, throw on bed and especially the bathroom which requires some attention. One other point the hairdryer lead didnt reach as far as the very large mirror on the wall. However, I still think it was good value for money.
