Good stuff: The Location was great and the accessibilty of the accomdation i.e. arriving back at the hotel when it suited us.

Bad stuff: There could have been more of a selection for breakfast, I found it quite limited.

Overall: We didnt actually stay at the Chelsea House Hotel we got transferred to the Blue Bells Hotel in Nottinghill Gate, the gentleman on the phone was very efficent when changing our reservations and I was impressed with the overall service.Perhaps to have saved time on your behalf we could have been informed on the internet when booking the initial reservations that the hotel was unable to take any more bookings. This trip happened to be very last minute and I found booking the hotel on the internet a great way to find a place to stay.
