Good stuff: The location was excellent. It was quite comfortable. The staff in the breakfast room was good and they let us keep our luggage there.

Bad stuff: The check-in was not good at all. Inflexible about finding us a smoking room. The room smelled of paint and walking up three flights of stairs with a suitcase, not a good experience. The bathroom was tiny

Overall: It was a good experience on the whole though the staff the first night was not helpful. It was not welcoming to start with it but the place grew on us. Also we spent very little time there. It was not a place that I would spend time in as such. I wish I had specified a smoking room and also an elevator or a room on the first floor.
