Overall: Very good. Close to city center but quiet. Everything is good except the room is a bit small. But it's really cheap compare to other offers.

Good stuff: Excellent location. Good value for money. Service was fast and friendly.
Bad stuff: The room was very small and the matress was uncomfortable.
Overall: Great price for such a wonderful location. Walking distance to Victoria Station, where you can also pick up the London Sightseeing Tour Bus. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice but very small and the matress was quite uncomfortable.

Good stuff: close to Victoria Station, not expensive
Bad stuff: lousy breakfast (both continental and English), bed linen (mildew spots?), separate taps for cold and hot water, no shampoo

Good stuff: The daytime staff was particularly friendly, giving advice, a good brochure with discount tickets and general advice on weather and travelling. It was also no problem to look after our bags the day of arrival before the room was ready, and the whole day before we left they took care of them as well.
Soft beds, every day fresh towels and a nice clean, fragrant room.
Bad stuff: Full english breakfast wasn't all that full and a little bland.
The rooms are on the small side: sleeping as a couple, we got a in-betweener and a single bed, which with our tossing and turning meant sleeping apart.
Overall: Excellent location, right behind the very central Victoria station, nice and quiet little square so sound sleeping.
Clean rooms, every day again fresh.
Helpfull staff for tourist information: brochures, maps.
24 hour check-in for the night-clubbers.
Breakfast isn't all that, but up to general London B&B standard.
Nice pub around the corner for the nightcap, or a good meal for that matter.

Good stuff: Cleaners were not intrusive; cleanliness and security were good; location was excellent
Bad stuff: Room and toilet could have been more spacious; check out time and time of last breakfast could have been later.
Overall: The Jubilee has two major strengths: location and value.
It is well-located, near the city centre, in a good area with historical interest (Winston Churchill's old house is nearby).
Probably everything of interest is just a few tube stops or a short walk away.
It was the cheapest accommodation available in early December that I could find in London, after a very extensive week-long Internet search.
It must be more or less impossible to get anywhere cheaper of the same standard in the city, certainly so centrally.
We paid £60 a night for a twin room for a four-night stay. The majority of budget hotels in London would start up to £15-£20 above that per night, and many would be into three figures at least per night.
Rooms are small but adequately sized and very clean and secure: ideal for travellers who will not be spending much time actually at the hotel but intend to use it more as a base.
Check-out time is 10.30am and breakfast finished fairly early, by 9.30 am roughly.
Had these been later it would have been a slightly better experience for us, but overall it was very good for the money paid and beat the opposition hands-down.
I stayed at a similar-style hotel in the same area two years ago for £50 a night for a twin room and it was much worse - a small, cramped basement room with tiny en suite bathroom.

Good stuff: The staff were nice and friendly, very helpfull, answering any questions we had and seemed very eager to please.
Bad stuff: The breakfast wasn't very much, we waited a while to be served and the dinning room wasn't overly clean.
