Guests Name: Anonymous  Guest was travelling as: Mature couple
Good stuff: Location+Value Location + Value+Accommodating staff
Bad stuff: Outside the control of the staff ( Police sirens for 6 Hours)Fora
Overall: For a brief overnight stay involving an early start the next morning:the hotel is more than useful. All staff were presentable and went that extra mile to help.I would seriously consider employing either the daytime receptionist or the night porter as I believe they know what service is about.Their attidude makes any gliches elsewhere forgetable.

Good stuff: The closeness to a major transportation station, ie., King's Cross Station. Unfortunately, it is the site of the bombings when I was there.
Bad stuff: Needs to provide enough towels, change bedsheets regularly and better ventilation.
Overall: The staff are generally helpful.

Good stuff: staff were friendly, and breakfast was excellent
Bad stuff: shower was to small, and windows didn't close properly, the bathroom window needs a curtain
Overall: for the money we paid, and it being central we got what we paid for, rooms needed a general overhall

Guests Name: Deborah  Guest was travelling as: Other
Good stuff: When moved to another room second night, found it to be more comfortable
Bad stuff: The room was on the main highway with sirens and noise ALL night. Also when I booked for 3 adults, was not told it would be a room with 2 double beds
Overall: I would have liked to know that the Hotel was situated across the road from the Station and that it was on the main road - I would not have booked knowing this.

Guests Name: Geoffrey  Guest was travelling as: Solo leisure traveller
Good stuff: Good value for money in a location very convenient for the traveller. Clean and tidy, everything workedand staff were helpful. Good self service breakfast, with prompt supply of coffee and toast.
Bad stuff: My room faced Euston Road, which was slightly noisy due to road works nearby, but not so bad to cause any loss of sleep. Most rooms would not be affected, since they are facing away from the traffic.
Overall: The hotal has no bar or resteraunt, but there are no shortage of good eating places nearby, including the excellent Kings Cross Tandouri. I would stay here again.
